Exchange is a game mechanic in Roots of Pacha.
It is an option available when interacting with certain characters. This icon in the social menu will open a window with the person's available exchanges. Some people will offer different items each (in-game) week. Sometimes the cost of how many Contribution Points the Player must exchange for that item will also change when the menu refreshes. Other items are set in the cost of Contribution Points.
Below is a list of all the characters that offer an exchange for Contribution Points. Some exchange options will require the player to advance in the game before the exchange becomes available. And some will cost both Contribution Points and materials.
Ada - Medicinal Ingredients
Ada will exchange Medicinal Ingredients for the player's Contribution Points.
Available from Start of Game. But the items available for exchange change regularly.
Acre - Tools
Acre will require both contribution points and needed materials to exchange for tools.
