There are a good handful of known locations in Roots of Pacha. Not all may be travel-able as the player first starts their game, but will be unlocked eventually either due to the devs updating and releasing it, or for lack of a better word, leveling up within the Clan.

There are also 4 observable cave entrances on the mini map, which is shown below. One is to the Volcano Cave, another is at the top of the Eastern Forest, another is along the shore of the southern beach heading towards the Eastern Forest, and the last one shows to be at the top of the Savanna.
