Pantheons, more commonly known as gods and goddesses, are specifically referred to throughout the official Kickstarter page. So far, there are 5 or 6 pantheons in Roots of Pacha, with the Clan’s main goddess being Pacha. The other four are seen in short clips and one, the saber-toothed tiger’s totem, is mentioned in Update #13 on the official kickstarter page. (How fitting, this is the thirteenth page on this wiki.) There seems to be a specific worshipping altar for the pantheons at some point in the game, presumably later on during the player’s progression.

“The Clan also refer to themselves as Pachans, in honor of Pacha, their goddess. Pacha is Mother Earth, the goddess revered by the Clan. She is the whole universe, the skies, the earth, and the seas. Everything is born from her and eventually returns to her. Pacha has been known to communicate with her creatures from time to time, at least to those who are paying attention.” - Official Roots Of Pacha Kickstarter

The picture to the left is a screenshot of the worshipping altar presumably in use with 4 of the pantheons illuminated while their totems are behind them. The picture in the middle is a screenshot of the top of worshipping altar while not in use. The picture to the right is a screenshot of the worshipping altar’s base while not in use.

The four pantheons in the left photo depict various totems, from left to right, a wolf, a monkey, an owl, and a bear and then their corresponding pantheons in front of them. There is no official description of any of them, but Pacha herself might be the owl totem. There have been many owl statue sightings in various medias, from early testers on YouTube to officially released footage and pictures from the devs. Most sightings have been in the mining caves, but their use is explained more in the Mining tab.

These totems and pantheons could also represent different skills the Clan has or has acquired; the wolf for cooperation, the monkey for intelligence, the owl for wisdom or hunting, and the bear for caregiving. Of course, this theory here has a high chance of not being the case and the totems and pantheons could just be animals the Clan reveres.

As mentioned previously, the saber-toothed tiger totem has only been mentioned in Update #13 on the official kickstarter page. That update says “The saber-toothed tiger 🐅 opened the entrance to the volcano. The challenges this totemic spirit among the flowing lava will push us to our limits, but the rewards will be as great. 🌋”. The Clan could very well revere saber-toothed tigers as well, they were very frightening because of their muscular build and, more obviously, their large teeth that they’re named after. If they represented a skill the Clan had, it would most likely be hunting or protection. The saber-toothed tiger’s totem might be in the volcano to protect the Clan against the volcano so it doesn’t erupt.
