New Year's Eve is a festival held on the 28th of Winter 
in the 
Forest.
The festival can be attended before 6pm by talking to 
Jag who is waiting at the bonfire in front of the 
Pachan Hearth.
The festival has the Pachan Clan, Yakuan Clan, and the Mograni Clan gathered together for a snowy festival to make wishes underneath the stars.
Chat with everyone, dance to music, and hear the story of how the lights came to be, told by 
Tetih.
When ready to see the main event of the festival, talk to 
Tare.
A beautiful sight ends the festival, and the Player will be taken back to in front of their home at 12 am.
