Mushroom Hat is Clothing that you can get when you find a secret room in the 
Caves.
Go to the room: Flight Simulator.
From the Forest Cave Entrance room go up 2 rooms and then left 1 room. In this room you will need to use the power of the Owl Totem to fly north-west to the island. From here go up to the Monkey Totem pedestal and jump all the pillars up. Finally, go right to the area of plants, and then north from there to a path requiring the power of the Bear Totem to break through to other side. In this final room is Don the Glyptodon who will gift you the Mushroom Hat.

Have completed the Owl Totem, Monkey Totem, and the Bear Totem
